Service Description

The first step of cleaning up your diet is ensuring that your pantry is stocked with the right foods that will nourish you. You will be empowered to: • Understand “confusing” food labels • Find new ways to increase fruits and vegetables in your diet • Find healthy swaps and upgrades for not-so-healthy choices We will also discuss quick and healthy meal ideas as well as review nutritious snacks. You will receive a curated list of fridge and pantry essentials that w]ill keep you and your family healthy, along with a list of healthy swaps post-pantry cleanout. An In-Person Pantry Cleanout is available to clients that live within a 25-mile radius of South Windsor, Connecticut. For greater distances, a mileage surcharge will be added to the cost. This service is included with the purchase of a multi-session coaching package. The cost is $125 outside of coaching packages.
